The Gomez family holds the world record for the hairiest family ever recorded. Around 98 percent of their bodies are covered in hair, from head to toe.This is not a choice or a style.
It is caused by a rare condition called Congenital Generalized Hypertrichosis. It runs through five generations of the family, affecting 19 members in total.
The women usually grow lighter hair, while the men grow thick hair all over their bodies. Scientists have studied their genes with the family’s permission, hoping to learn more about this rare condition.
02) The Man Who Put 100 Candles in His Mouth
Lighting a candle is normal. Putting one in your mouth is not. But David Rush took it far beyond that.

One of the most dangerous sounding records belongs to Ruan Liangming from China. In 2014, he stood still while more than 600,000 bees covered his body.
The bees weighed over 140 pounds in total. The record was filmed for television, and despite the risk, it was completed successfully.
